Returns and warranty

7-day returns if the charger is unused and in its original packaging. Every unit carries a 2-year manufacturer warranty from RIOD India. If it arrives damaged, email support@riod.in with your order number and photographs and we will replace or refund it.

Installation

Not included in the price. Any licensed electrician can install it, or we can quote installation per site, because the cost depends on cable run, supply and civil work.

Questions about this charger

What exactly do I receive?

Two or four identical PowerPod Go chargers of the model you choose, each one complete with its own RFID card, wall mounting bracket and fixings. Nothing is stripped out of a pack unit; they are the same product sold individually.

How much does the pack actually save?

A pack of 2 is 15% off the two units. A pack of 4 is four chargers for the price of three, which works out at 25% off. The struck-through price on each option is what the same number of units would cost bought separately.

Can I mix models in one pack?

No. Every unit in a pack is the same model, which is deliberate: one model means one set of RFID cards, one app, and one spare to hold. If you need a mix, email hello@riod.in and we will quote the site.

Which model should a housing society pick?

The Go 7.4 kW suits most residents' cars on a single-phase supply. Choose the Go 22 kW where the building has three-phase and residents drive cars that can take 11 or 22 kW. The Go 3.3 kW is the budget option and charges from a 16 A 3-pin socket.

Do all the units in a pack work together?

They are independent chargers, but because they are the same model they take the same RFID cards and appear in the same platform. Each unit meters its own sessions over OCPP 1.6J.

Can I bill residents for what they use?

Yes. Every PowerPod Go speaks OCPP 1.6J, so sessions are metered per unit and can be billed through your charging platform, ours or a third party's.

Do they need an internet connection?

They charge without one. Session tracking, remote monitoring and billing need a connection. Wi-Fi is standard and 4G LTE is optional, which matters in basement parking where Wi-Fi does not reach.

Is installation included in the pack price?

No. Installation is a paid add-on quoted per site. Fitting several bays in one visit is usually cheaper per charger than separate visits, so ask for a site quote with your order.

What warranty do the pack units carry?

Each charger carries the full 2-year manufacturer warranty from RIOD India, exactly as if bought on its own. For warranty support, email support@riod.in with your order number.

Can I return a pack?

Yes, within 7 days, if the chargers are unused and in their original packaging.

We need more than four. What then?

Email hello@riod.in with the number of bays, the supply at the site and whether you need per-session billing. Larger sites are quoted directly rather than through the store.
