Shipping policy

We ship across India. Shipping charges are calculated by weight and shown at checkout for your pin code.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are handling a high volume of orders, dispatch may take a few days longer, and if there is a significant delay we will contact you by email or phone.

Transit time is counted from dispatch, not from when you place the order. Allow 2 to 3 business days for processing on top.

Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once the order ships. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours.

If your order arrives damaged

Please inspect the package on delivery. If the charger arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact support@riod.in with your order number and photographs of the packaging and the unit. We will replace it or refund it. Do not discard the packaging until the claim is settled, as the carrier may need to inspect it. Raising the claim with the carrier is our job, not yours.

Installation is not shipping

The price of a charger covers the unit and its delivery. Installation is quoted separately per site, because cable run, supply and civil work differ. Email support@riod.in with your city, parking type and supply for a quote.

Outside India

We export, including OEM, ODM, SKD and CKD supply. For shipments outside India, email hello@riod.in and we will quote freight and terms for your market.
