What SKD and CKD mean in practice

Both are kit formats, not different products. The charger is the same design; what changes is how much assembly happens here and how much happens at your end. SKD means fewer, larger pieces and a short line. CKD means more pieces, a longer line, and more of the value added in your country.

Whether a given kit format qualifies for local content treatment or a particular duty position in your market depends entirely on the rules there. We will not guess at those. Bring your customs and compliance advice to the call and we will match the kit breakdown to what it requires.

The question to ask any manufacturer

Ask who wrote the firmware. If the answer is a third party, every change you need later goes through someone whose roadmap is not yours, and a kit deal locks that in for years. Apply the test to us too: ask, and we will put you in touch with the engineers who wrote ours.
